Hello! I’m a fully qualified Reflexologist and Massage Therapist specialising in perinatal care, with over 10 years of experience. My aim is to provide you a nurturing and deeply relaxing experience at home, that eases your emotional and physical discomforts at any stage in your pregnancy journey and beyond. I first trained at The London School of Reflexology under Louise Keet, ‘Britain’s leading Reflexologist’, specialising in pre-conception, pregnancy, labour-priming and postnatal techniques. Over the following years I have further trained in full body massage (Swedish, perinatal, deep tissue, trigger point, abdominal-sacral). I am a graduate with a First BSc (Hons) in Zoology, and this background in Biology gives me a deep understanding of life processes from the cell level up to the whole person and their environment, and how so many individual factors interplay to determine the wellbeing of the individual.
Sian Eaton
Paediatric Osteopath
You can call me Osteo Sian! You can find me at The Space in Hove, an amazing space I co-founded in 2019. I am a Registered Osteopath who graduated from the British School of Osteopathy in 2004. With over 18 years experience I have the knowledge and skills to help my patients to live more active and pain free lives. Since my further studying to become a specialist paediatric osteopath I became aware that when treating newborns with feeding difficulties that further knowledge was needed to support new parents, which was why I decided to become an Infant Feeding Coach. But this is just another string to my bow, I’m happy to treat everyone. I treat everyone from all walks of life

Natasha Nyeke
Couples therapist, Maternal Mental Health Therapist and Coach & Parenting Coach
Natasha has supported families for the last 12 years as a parenting worker and working as a therapist and coach since 2018. There are very few life changes we go through that alter who we are in every sense more than motherhood. Becoming a mother affects every facet of who we are and can have huge impact on our confidence, sense of self, relationships and resilience. The reality is we can’t return to being the same person we used to be but with the right support that doesn’t have to be a negative, because motherhood gives us superpowers and sometimes we just need a bit of help to see what ours are.
